The Seattle Seahawks staged a stunning fightback to defeat the Rams in extra time, clinching their spot in the postseason.
Rallying from a sixteen-point hole in the final period, the Seahawks triumphed by a single point at home, registering their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Los Angeles had become the first to earn a post-season berth earlier on Sunday, the Seattle team secured their place to the play-offs after a 24-month absence.
With this result, the Seattle now lead their Conference standings with a twelve and three mark, replacing the Rams, who fell to the number five seed with an eleven and four standing.
